The New York premiere of Sex And The City brought many celebrities out of their homes into the pouring rain.
Fergie, Mary J Blige, Bette Midler, Ashley Olsen, Destiny's Child Michelle Williams and Lil Kim braved the weather for the pink carpet at Radio City Music Hall, along with fashion designers Donna Karan, Isaac Mizrahi, Zac Posen, Narciso Rodriguez and Phillip Lim. "I was a huge fan of the show," admitted Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie, whose song Labels Or Love is on the film's soundtrack. "I watched it every week when it was being aired with my mum. It was our thing to watch together so it was a great few years of my life. We were connected to this show, so to be a part of it is such an honour. It was such a huge part of my life, just being a fan of the show." She added: "I love them all, but I feel tonight, I'm doing a Carrie Bradshaw-esque look for the premiere, because I just wanted to be inspired by that." [...] Credit: FergieBR |

On Yahoo! Music, they posted a list of the top 25 Most Successful Solo
Acts that were previously in a group/band. Fergie of course is one of
them landing herself the #11 spot. Here is what it says:

4 getting my new repackaged CD, "The Dutchess Deluxe" that came out
yesterday. Incase some of you don't know, 4 new songs, including "Party
People" with my boy Nelly. "Labels or Love" from the Sex and the City
movie, my remake of Heart's song "Barracuda" and the "Clumsy" remix
with the one and only Souljaboy Tell 'Em....Hope U like!!!
Also, a special EP on Itunes which also has an extra song called "Pick it Up" that I did with Will.I.Am (if you like "Big Girls Don't Cry," U will like that one). This is my first time blogging...so exciting, but don't get it twisted I'm on this site almost everyday and Thank U all so much 4 your constant and truthful support.
